You might get a lot of viruses and bed files that will slow your computer down! Download only from trusted sources because you don’t want to spend a lot of money to repair your computer…    

Also you can download free movies and FTP accounts to build your websites there is a lot of stuff that you can download from internet   it’s just most of it have dangerous viruses and programs that might crash your computer…
