Many people ask, How to Lose Weight Fast?  Well it’s hard…  You need help with food moderation and weight loss! 

Food is very important when you losing weight!  You have to eat right! You must cut significantly from your diet foods like sugar, bread, meets, coffee, cakes and all foods that contain sugar and fats! No Fast Food Ever! You must learn how to cook yourself that way you will eat best and healthy foods! You can go to any health foods store or simply go to E-bay or Amazon and buy a book that will teach you how you can cook yourself! Plus it will save you a lot of money too!

Want to lose even more weight? Then you must walk at lest 2 hr’s a day! Fast Walk! By walking you will burn a lot of calories! Just by fast 2hr’s walk daily you can loose up to 40 pounds per month without any problems! I’ve lost 40 pounds for 30 days by walking fast every morning! So you can do that too!

To lose even more weight you can go to fitness and swim a lot! Swim 1 or 2 a day it will burn you another 10-15 pounds monthly!  …and like I’ve said already NO FAST FOOD WHAT SO EVER!!! NO PIZZA NO HAMBURGERS NO SODA!!! Always remember this!

Soda is very dangerous for your health and body! By drinking soda you will never lose significant amount of weight!

 Good sleep will help you to lose weight as well! You must sleep well if you want to lose weight because your body needs rest and strength!  Sometimes your body will need only 4 to 6 hr’s of sleep if you will be on strict diet!

Do NOT eat or drink anything except water or hot tea without sugar!  …well you can add honey! Honey will make you fill better and stronger!   

Also you can listen some good music when you’ll be walking or running, but if you overweight it’s better to walk or swim running will damage your bones and you might have health problems later on!

Some people say: I cannot stop eating and they are asking for help! Well in that case you must work with yourself maybe get a friend with the same idea or goal to lose weight!  It will help you a lot! Try to avoid places like a pizza party’s or fast food “events” be smart! Don’t play with yourself because if you’re not strong enough you might lose and eat a lot again!

Do NOT cook your food in a microwave it will stop your losing weight process!  Eat a lot of salads WITHOUT Ranch, Blue Cheese or those FAT ingredients, you can add little bit of olive oil in your salads!

Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables! It will help your metabolism to work faster and will make your body stronger and healthier!
